The new patient was good for me to a certain degree as it prepared me for future possibilities when June might not turn up for one of the workshops. We introduced Fiona and Mr Foster to cyanotype, glass wax and plaster casting and we managed to talk Fiona around to drawing into the clay, pressing an object into the clay and drawing her dog, Hayley's bowl onto acetate and after asking a handful of times, Jess extracted a memory that was prominent in her mind-Her dog (a tan/white/black King Charles Cavalier) laying in her bed with her nose sticking out from under the sheets.
